The Fall session of GET City has kicked off with the crew from our intensive Summer session back to continue work on their green design.
Summer Guests and Fieldtrips
During the Summer 2011 Program, GET City got a chance to visit a bunch of sites in Michigan that are leaders in sustainable building design, and hosted several experts that shared their work and ideas with the group. Here are some highlights.
Heat Energy
Federico Steinvorth of MSU’s School of Planning, Design & Construction visited GET City to talk about thermal insulation and insulation efficiency. He brought along a thermal camera and let the group take some fun pictures.
