This month the youth have been investigating the role of trees and other plants in scrubbing CO2 from the atmosphere. They designed and built their own succulent wall hangings as well. Some of the questions they have been considering in this investigation include:
- Location: Where in the GET CITY room do you plan to set up the succulent wall art?
- Size and Shapes: What are the desired shape and size for the succulent wall art?
- Lighting: Succulents require plenty of light. Does your chosen location for the wall art receive sufficient light? If not, how do you plan to provide the necessary light?
- Weight: The larger your succulent wall art, the heavier it will be. Can the wall you’re placing it on support the weight
- Aesthetics: How many planters do you think we should have on the wall in a way that is visually balanced and pleasing to the eye?
